Behold! The Hookworm!

A nasty little creature that sneaks into one of your orifices and will leech off of you.
And generate more and more pests and annoyances inside of you. They’re nasty little things and they can be a real pain.

2 days ago I discovered the infestation and it made me sick to my stomach.
I quickly got all the means to remove this little irritant and got to work.

I checked online to read what other people had done to get rid of this fairly new problem and tried all their methods.
None of them worked though and I ended up having to do it manually. As usual.
(If you want something done right you have to do it yourself)

I stayed up most of the night slaving away on my chair, trying to manually pull out this hookworm.
It was a dirty job, and it put up one hell of a fight but in the end it was worth it.

Finally, at about 11 AM I was clean.

No more winlogonhook in my poor compy

Mord surprised me the other day.
He’d snook something into our shopping cart without me even noticing.
He got us some old fashioned Mexican chocolate.
Which is made only of Sugar, cocoa nibs, lecithin and cinnamon.

I’d been interested in trying the ancient Mayan style hot chocolate for a long time now and this stuff is definately the closest thing if you don’t want to go through the trouble of roasting and grinding your own cocoa beans.

So I figured what the heck, I threw a quarter of a block into a saucepan, added some water.
(I’m someone who usually prefers milk istead but I wanted to try the authentic taste )
Heated it ’till the chocolate had disolved and it was nice and hot.
Poured it in a cup, added a dash of chili powder (yes chili powder… it scared me too at first).

And omg…

It was delicious!

Mmmmmm xocolatl…
